Operator-Friendly Design
Adopts an integrated electrical system. With just one click on the touchscreen to start full automation, the machine completes soil filling, hole pressing, seeding, and soil covering in a single pass by simply placing the seedling tray onto the conveyor belt.

Core Structure
Hole pressing uses the traditional method to create precise holes in the trays. Seeding is performed by an advanced robotic arm, ensuring seeds are placed accurately at the center of each cell. Both drilling and seeding process an entire row along the short edge of rectangular trays in one go, improving efficiency.

Motion Control
The machine features three integrated workstations: soil filling, hole pressing & seeding, and soil covering.

All three stations use photoelectric sensors to detect the presence of trays, ensuring precise and continuous movement without interruption.

The soil filling station is controlled by a travel switch, with adjustable soil dropping speed and an 80L hopper capacity.

The seeding station uses a robotic arm to place seeds directly into the center of each cell; the seeding mold is easy to replace, allowing flexibility for different seed types.

The soil covering station uses a micro switch for detection, with adjustable speed and an 80L hopper capacity.

Controlled by a central PLC system combined with a user-friendly touchscreen interface, the machine ensures precise positioning and stable, reliable operation.

User Interface
Equipped with a high-end touchscreen and a dedicated control interface, operators can flexibly adjust settings for each workstation to achieve optimal performance and the best seeding results.
