User-Friendly Operation
Integrates electrical control in one system. With just one click on the touchscreen to start full automation, the machine completes soil filling, hole pressing, seeding, and soil covering in a single pass by simply placing the seedling tray on the conveyor belt.

Core Structure
Hole pressing adopts a fixed-point pressing system to accurately create holes in the trays, while seeding uses a world-class robotic arm that precisely places seeds into the center of each cell. Both drilling and seeding process an entire row along the long edge of rectangular trays at once, ensuring efficiency and precision.

Motion Control
This equipment integrates four workstations: soil filling, hole pressing, seeding, and soil covering.

Soil filling, hole pressing, and seeding stations all use photoelectric sensors for detection, ensuring precise control and continuous operation without interruption.

The soil covering station uses a travel switch for detection, while the watering station uses solenoid valve control.

All four workstations are coordinated by conveyor belt movement, controlled by a central PLC system and operated via touchscreen, achieving precise positioning and stable operation.

Soil Filling Station: Uses photoelectric detection; automatic start/stop when trays are present or absent. Adjustable soil dropping speed; hopper capacity of 120L.

Seeding Station: Advanced robotic arm places seeds directly into the center of each cell; easy replacement of seeding molds.

Soil Covering Station: Controlled by a micro switch; automatic start/stop based on tray presence; adjustable covering speed; hopper capacity of 120L.

Watering Station: Adjustable watering speed and volume, customizable according to different tray types.

Product Description:
The XP-330-2 is an advanced four-station integrated automatic seeding machine designed to streamline and automate the processes of soil filling, hole pressing, seeding, soil covering, and watering. The main body measures 5 meters in length, 1 meter in width, and 1.2 meters in height. The dedicated watering unit measures 1.2 meters in length, 0.72 meters in width, and 0.98 meters in height.

Constructed with a premium stainless-steel frame, the XP-330-2 combines stepless speed-regulating motors and stepless pneumatic systems to deliver stable, reliable performance. Controlled by a PLC and operated via a user-friendly touchscreen interface, it offers precise and automated tray handling.

The system operates with an input voltage of 220V AC 50Hz and a safe control voltage of 24V DC, with a total power consumption of 950W. It supports a wide range of standard seedling trays, including 21, 32, 50, 72, 98, 105, 128, 200, and 288 cells, and can also be customized for non-standard trays.

Special Note:
